What the form collects
When you make an enquiry, we store the name, email address, phone number, message and product reference you provide so our authorised staff can respond. No card details or online payments are collected.
How it is used
Our team can review your enquiry, record follow-up notes and update its status. Contact us through the enquiry form to request correction or deletion of your enquiry information.
Customer accounts
Accounts store your username, password hash, contact details, address, favorite pieces, tags, requests, reservations and notification preferences. Recovery codes are stored as hashes and can each be used once. Contact email and phone are not verified sign-in methods. Purchase history and Loyalty Points are visible only after staff verify and link your shop customer record.
Account updates
Request, reservation and account-security updates appear in your private notification inbox. Favorite availability and price updates are opt-in per piece. No email or SMS notification is sent by this feature. You can change your profile, remove favorites and disable favorite updates from My account.
Cookies and security
This site uses separate essential session cookies for customer forms/sign-in and staff sign-in. Security controls use temporary hashed request identifiers to limit repeated submissions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; staff pages load interface libraries from jsDelivr.
Account records
Authorized staff can archive account access and retain transaction and audit records. Contact the shop to request access, correction or deletion of personal information; transaction records may need to be retained. Do not include card details, identity documents or passwords in enquiry messages.
